Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way and are covered by this policy. In accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidance, we only place non-essential cookies after you have given your consent.
2. Your choice
On your first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Both options are equally available, nothing is pre-selected, and declining has no effect on your access to the site or to our services. Your choice is stored on your device for 6 months, after which we will ask again. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the link at the bottom of every page.
3. Essential cookies (always active)
These are strictly necessary for the site to work and are exempt from consent. They cannot be disabled.
- Cloudflare security - protects the site against attacks and abusive traffic, and keeps our infrastructure available.
- Session and security - maintains the integrity of your form submissions and prevents cross-site request forgery.
- Cloudflare Turnstile - the anti-spam check on our contact and video submission forms. Without it those forms cannot be protected against automated abuse, so we classify it as strictly necessary. It runs on the form pages only and is not used for advertising or tracking.
4. Functional cookies (optional)
Cookies that remember your preferences and improve your experience beyond what is strictly necessary. They are only set if you accept.
5. Analytics cookies (optional)
We do not currently use any analytics or audience measurement cookies. Should we introduce them, they will only be set if you accept, and this policy will be updated beforehand.
6. YouTube embed cookies (optional)
Videos on tbviral.com are displayed as a static thumbnail. No YouTube cookie is set when the page loads. If you accepted non-essential cookies, clicking the thumbnail loads the YouTube player, and YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may then place cookies on your device under its own policy. If you declined, the player is not loaded at all and you can still watch the video directly on youtube.com.
7. Third parties
The third parties above process data under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare and Google / YouTube.
8. Your rights
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. For more on your rights, see our Privacy Policy. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at any time.
9. Contact
