TBViral respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of tbviral.com to do the same. Every video listed in our catalogue has been submitted by, and licensed from, the person who certifies they are its original creator and sole rights holder.

Filing a claim

If you believe that a video listed on tbviral.com infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@tbviral.com including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the video on tbviral.com
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will investigate the claim and, where warranted, remove or disable access to the video in question and suspend the associated licensing agreement pending resolution.

Counter-notice

If you believe your video was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@tbviral.com with a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the video was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
